Be sure you are starting your day with a meal within 30 min of waking up. If you have a hard time eating right away it can be as simple as a shake or a glass of water on the nightstand. This will start your body burning and getting ready for the day. Then fuel every 2-3 hours while awake.
When I have not eaten ALL my meals I have not lost weight.
I added the google friend connect at the bottom of the page so if you use that to follow the blog you should get notification whenever updates are made to the blog. Hope it works!!!
Add small amounts of exercise (movement) throughout your day. Go for a short walk, do jumping jacks whenever you use the bathroom, wall pushups for 30 seconds... things like that add up and get you moving. Start small so you don't get overwhelmed but DO SOMETHING regularly for yourself.
