Exercise soreness

Feeling good to be back on track.  Loving life.  Exercising hard!!!

I am so sore from my exercise boot camp this week.  My trainer says he has kicked up the intensity quite a bit and my abs were screaming yesterday :)  Good pain!  I was reminded to look back where I started and see the improvements instead of feeling inadequate about where I am right now.   WOW  When I started working out I had to work hard to hold myself in the plank position for more than 10 seconds.   Last night I did lots of push-ups and lots of mountain climbers...  No I don't LIKE them HAHA but it is so good for my body.

I am learning to like me and to take care of me.   I am feeding my mind healthy...  reading God's Word, working to strengthen my prayer life, feeding my body healthy, focusing on the positive and now trying to share my success with everyone I come into contact with.  I am so excited to have found a lifestyle change that works for me and that I can sustain forever that I want to shout it from the rooftops.  There are so many discouraged and hurting people out there that are looking for ways to be healthier and to weigh less. 

I think I am going to start using Dr A's book, to share in my blog; encouraging helpful things to strengthen your journey.  Please share anything that helps or encourages you because not only do you not know what will help the next person but also sharing your successes and struggles will strengthen you.

God is good ALL the time!!!  Keep loving Him and He will help you love yourself.
